Been feeling incredibly worn out the past few days. Even after sleeping for almost 11 hours, I wake up the next day with terrible body aches.
This started the day after I ate KFC’s Ole! Box meal. Comes with a Zinger, chicken drumstick, coleslaw, and a drink.
One day later I had diarrhoea. So yes, I can now say with absolute confidence that the fastest way to destroy your body is to eat fast food. And you thought the Double Down was bad.
Need to find a way to better manage my time. There are many things I want to do that I end up procrastinating — like practicing VSion’s BnB combos. There’s no way I can advance to the next level until I stop dropping the last part of her air combo.
And I’m also supposed to be training for WCG, but so far I’ve yet to participate in any training matches. Hope I won’t be a burden to Khai’s team.
In other news, I’ve been slowly dissecting the lyrics from the latest Poets of the Fall album, Twilight Theater. The song is titled Given and Denied. It’s one of the rare POTF songs where the lyrics aren’t directly referring to romance (similar to another POTF song — IIlusion & Dream, which is about dishonesty and false imagery).
Fall like a leaf in the wind on the ocean.
Of blue like your eyes in the Twilight Theater.
With symphonies playing in the world without sound.
We’re given and denied.
